Jul, 30 2019David Engel5This place is getting crowded. It's a great parking area for trips into the Yosemite backcountry and for rock climbing on Glacier Point. Somehow we need more parking in Yosemite. However, cudos to the National Park Service for installing bear boxes and offering this area to head into the beautiful place that is Yosemite. It seems that there could be a shuttle bus stop here, but instead you must walk back to Curry Village to get the shuttle bus to Happy Isles. It's easier to walk to Happy Isles.
